Is scheduled for November 27th 1999 in the City of Amsterdam, Holland, against former foe Bob Schreiber. Moti who is currently World Muay Thai champion will be fighting Bob Schreiber who holds the European Muay Thai Championship under the IMA. 

The event is mixed fighting rules (ultimate fighting style), and this time we will finally know who is the top champion, as their previous fight was stopped by Moti’s trainer Vladimir Borodin, because of an illegal strike by Bob Schreiber to Moti’s groin, where Bob displayed unsportsmanlike conduct during the period that Moti needed to recover.
