Since 2004, HITS Training Academy has been providing instruction in the COURSE,MILITARY MUAY THAI/OLD STYLE MUAY THAI, MUAY THAI KICKBOXING and many other courses in the Sacramento Valley areas. HITS Training Academy is dedicated exclusively to teaching the world's finest and most effective streetfighting and offensive combat techniques. Most of the training is based on the old style of Muay Thai known as Muay Chao Chur and the military style of Muay Thai known as Lerd rit, Boar Bando. This complete system is known as the Aggressive Reactionary Streetfighting System and is considered to be the most sophisticated and effective combat concept that can be employed by beginners and experts alike to produce maximum combat skills in the shortest possible time. It has rapidly become the system of choice of some of the world’s elite military and police units. Today, the URBAN CLOSE QUARTER DEFENSE COURSE, MILITARY MUAY THAI/OLD STYLE MUAY THAI COURSE, AND MUAY THAI KICKBOXING are practiced for health and fitness, sport, law enforcement,as well as for self-defense.
