Kru Juan Delgado

Kru Juan R. Delgado is the founder of Training Zone the most elite training center on the island of Puerto Rico. And Head Trainer for the Taino Nation Muay Thai Team. He has over 10 years experience in martial arts. And has studied and continues studying several martial arts such as Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Wrestling, Sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing with various trainers such as Alberto Pardo, Nelson Morales, Master Javier Gil, Alex Caraballo, Vut Kamnark, David Cummings & Mestre Vidiver Vazquez.

He also held the U.S.M.T.A. North American Amateur Title in 2009. Kru Juan R. Delgado is currently the highest ranking Krav Maga Instructor in Puerto Rico and offers training to Amateur and Professional Fighters as well as various Law Enforcement Agencies on the island such as I.C.E.
