The USA V Puerto Rico event at the  Firkin & Kegler, Orlando, Florida.  The Muay Thai & Amateur Kickboxing event was promoted by Mr. Jerry Mendez of Acom Sports and Pure Pain Fight Gear put together an amazing night of fights under the stars in Orlando.  The event was refereed by Alan Watson, and the Ring  Doctor Dr. Jerry Padron, MD.    It was a great turn out and every single fight had the crowd on their feet. Special Thanks to Team Thunder

 

Puerto Rico,  Team Thunder Apopka, Team Thunder Orlando, Longwood American Karate, Real Cage Fighting, Griffon Rawl and LA Boxing for their support and bringing talented fighters. The  event  had a  full crowd  and  were all very excited, making  the event  more  fun.

Ricardo Martinez, 2-0, Trained by David Cummings team Thunder Puerto Rico defeated Scott Augustino, 0-2, Trained by by David Cummings team Thunder Apopka, by TKO 1:11 of round 1 (Scott injured his knee).

 

Scott Augustino has been issued a 30 day medical suspension due to the TKO.

 Brent Lawrence has been issued a 45 day medical suspension due to the KO.

2.    Angel Rodriguez, 165, Trained by by David Cummings team Thunder Apopka defeated James Bennet, 166, Trained by Tim Morgart Real Cage Fighting by TKO 1:00 into Round 1.

   James Bennet has been issued a 30 day medical suspension due to the TKO.

3.    Mike Rile, 1-1, 189, Trained by Mark Kern Longwood Karate Defeated Al Ramey, 189, Trained by by David Cummings team Thunder Orlando by TKO 1:04 into Round 3.

     Al Ramey has been issued a 30 day medical suspension due to the TKO.
